Soft & Gooey Chocolate Chip Cookies
As a kid, I always loved chocolate chip cookies when they were softest: dipping them in milk, or waiting until they were nearly expired before eating them. My mother always made the best homemade chocolate chip cookies with sweetened condensed milk to give that melting-in-the-mouth feeling which was always so exquisite. The original recipe for these was out of a rather old cookbook and I’ve shared it here today that others might enjoy these fantastic sweets.
This recipe is quite large and makes about 24 decently sized cookies. Halving it may be recommended, depending on your needs.
